We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt. you will receive your order when shipped to any continental us
address in 3-5 business days.

How do I send a return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items must be unused and unworn in order to be accepted for a refund. We will issue you a credit to the original form of payment.
We make every effort to process your return quickly. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirming your credit.
Returns should be shipped within 30 days of the original shipment with the receipt from your ceeceemassey.com purchase. We can only issue credit to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
We will contact you if we receive a return that has been damaged or worn and will return this item to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Can I exchange the item I ordered for another item?
We are sorry, but we do not offer exchanges. Our product availability changes daily and we cannot guarantee the availability of the exchange item in your size/color. Does Cee Cee MASSEY collect sales tax?
Cee Cee MASSEY is required by law to collect applicable sales tax. The amount of sales tax that will be added to your order is based on the state to which your order is being shipped, the standard sales tax rate in that area and the total dollar amount of your order. Some states regulate that we must charge tax on the shipping charges as well. The taxes are calculated by taking our MI distribution center as the sending point.
Can you accept international credit cards?
Cee Cee MASSEY can only accept orders placed from devices with IP addresses within the US and only with credit cards drawn on US banks.
When will my credit card be charged?
After you place your order, your card will be authorized for the total order amount.
What's your warranty?
If you feel that your product is defective, and you are unable to return it to the original place of purchase. Once we receive your shoes and they are inspected, we will contact you by e-mail. We pride ourselves in our quality and we want to ensure that you have the best possible experience shopping with us.
