Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items must be unused and unworn in order to be accepted for a refund. We will issue you a credit to the original form of payment.

We make every effort to process your return quickly. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirming your credit.

Returns should be shipped within 30 days of the original shipment with the receipt from your ceeceemassey.com purchase. We can only issue credit to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.

We will contact you if we receive a return that has been damaged or worn and will return this item to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange your CeeCeeMassey.com purchase online by calling the Customer Service number for further instructions (313-207- 2345) or submitting your information and order number and Explanation of exchange in the Contact Us forum, and a representative will contact you asap.

 

Pop-Up shops

When exchanging an item, please have:

  • The original packing slip/receipt
  • The credit card used to purchase the item
  • The item to return or exchange
  • Your Contact Information

 

Our customer service associates will be happy to help you with an exchange and suggesting other options. When exchanging an item the difference will be credited to the debit/ credit card used to make the original purchase or deducted if the exchange item being purchased exceeds the original amount paid, except for purchases made using PayPal. Purchases made through PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account.

 

Please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. When you exchange, we will refund only the purchase price plus any sales tax paid for the item. Sorry, we do not refund shipping and handling charges unless you received an incorrect or damaged item.

Shipping Charge Refunds

We work hard to ensure that every order is filled correctly and that products we send are free from defects. If we do make a mistake, you may return your item by mail or to one of our various Pop-Up shops near you for a refund of the purchase price plus applicable sales tax. However, we do not refund shipping and handling charges. To be reimbursed shipping and handling charges for an incorrect or damaged item you must have the original shipping receipt.
